Mr. Anthony Lacenere is the Senior Managing Partner and Co-Founder of iNetworks, LLC, a private equity investment fund and advisory practice headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The historical focus of iNetworks is to provide funding for businesses in the healthcare and life sciences industry. iNetworks has also developed a focus on solving key problems affecting physical and cyber-security infrastructure, education affordability, and the transition towards energy efficiency and alternative fuels. iNetworks also invests in innovative green-tech management teams in the clean water, clean fuel, energy efficiency, and clean transportation sectors.Mr. Lacenere provides leadership based on extensive experience in portfolio management in venture capital and other private equity, public equity including combinations, mergers, acquisitions, roll-ups, licensing agreements, going private transactions, initial public offerings, technology, and various general management operational roles, both domestically and internationally. Prior to co-founding iNetworks in 1999, Mr. Lacenere was President of MDX Fund, Inc., affiliated with Universal , Inc. (“UHS”), advising UHS and developing radiation oncology investments including imaging, diagnostics, and therapeutic projects. Prior to MDX, Mr. Lacenere focused on leveraged buyouts including going-private transactions and was Vice President, Financial Affairs, and Managing Director, Investments, for AMSCO International, Inc., a NYSE multinational provider of healthcare technology products, where he was responsible for private and public equity and debt offerings and domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, and alliances.Prior to leading Amsco International’s public offering, Mr. Lacenere led healthcare acquisitions in the UK, Finland, Canada, Germany, and the United States. He also was responsible for operations at Precision Scientific, Inc., a Chicago-based life sciences equipment company owned by CS First Boston, J.P. Morgan and others together with AMSCO. In addition, Mr. Lacenere has held executive positions focused on operations, investment strategy, and mergers and acquisitions at Rockwell International and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.Mr. Lacenere began his career at the Battelle Memorial Institute, where he focused on new venture technology and development for various clients worldwide. Mr. Lacenere holds an M.S. in Business Economics from Ohio State University (Graduate Research Fellow with Distinction) and a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the University of Dayton. He also attended the US Army War College in Carlisle, PA. Mr. Lacenere serves on numerous Boards, and is a Board Member of Magee Women’s Research Institute, the research arm of Magee Women’s Hospital, a UPMC affiliated hospital. Mr. Lacenere is a dual citizen with Italy.

His expertise spanned engineering, business development, and technology consulting, with a focus on healthcare and high-tech processes. We honor the memory of Anthony Tomasello, whose commitment to innovation and excellence continues to inspire us. His legacy lives on in the success of the companies he helped guide.
Michael Dieschbourg is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in alternative investments, ESG integration, and portfolio management for institutional investors. He boasts a diverse career across public equities, mergers & acquisitions, and leadership roles at companies like Hermes, Global Currents, and Smith Barney. Notably, he launched Hermes North America's responsibility efforts, co-founded an investment management firm, and grew a business unit to over $220 billion in assets. Passionate about learning and innovation, Michael has contributed to initiatives like the CIMA program and authored publications on ESG investing. He brings extensive experience, strong leadership skills, and a focus on ESG integration to iNetworks. Michael has a strong background in coaching executives and supporting teams to solve problems.
Dr. Bryan Donohue is a seasoned cardiologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating heart disease. He holds certifications in cardiology and cardiovascular disease, and boasts impressive academic credentials from Georgetown University and the University of California. Dr. Donohue's clinical expertise spans various areas, including primary and secondary prevention of heart disease, women's heart health, and the athletic heart. He actively contributes to the medical field through research publications and international presentations.
Joe launched his career in accounting more than 20 years ago, join Westinghouse Credit Corporation. He has experience working with government contracts, implementation of software and strong accounting systems.He has worked as a controller with Krome Communications where he transformed their rudimentary accounting infrastructure into a robust system with encased reporting and cash flow management tools. He was a BS in Finance from Robert Morris University
Mark Franz is Director of Operations at both iNetworks and its portfolio company Propel. He has 10+ years of diverse experience at Propel, including product development, customer support, and software team leadership. He also oversees iNetworks' intern program and leverages his broad experience in logistics, technology, and transportation to support both companies' operations.
Greg McCall, an investment analyst at iNetworks, blends financial expertise with digital savvy. He leverages his experience running a successful finance-focused YouTube channel and providing options trading consultation to deliver insightful due diligence and marketing guidance for portfolio companies. Greg's strong analytical skills, online communication abilities, and dedication to learning make him a valuable asset in navigating the investment landscape.Greg is enrolled in the CFA Program and passed Level I Exam in November 2024.
John Craig's career began back in 2009 after graduating from Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He began by doing the accounting for his father in laws masonry business. From there he began freelancing to where he has helped multiple companies increase their profits, manage their cash flow, systemize their accounts receivable, and help create tax saving strategies.
